HYPOCRITES...

Hello, Rick the
'Crit!
You've managed
to spin out VDCT's engaging in normal business out into *5* posts! Congratulations!
I'm sure your fellow E-Fleet-ists are duly
impressed.
Yes, the management
of VDCT make six figure salaries... Any CEO, CFO, COO, CIO, etc. worth
his salt does. And, yes, if you wish to retain executives from a company
you're merging with through a transition period, you'll have to pay
them something like $25K a month... Especially when those folks know
they have no future with the merged entity.
And, yes, "Golden
Parachutes" in the form of non-compete payments or employment contracts
went to executives involved in the merger... As is the customary way
of doing business. As usual, the little guys get squat while the Brass
rakes it in: Is this a surprise to you?
I don't doubt that
much the same "bonuses" have been paid to execs at Service Merchandise...
Of course, those are OK, right? Especially if it keeps 'em
fat, dumb and happy while their DIP financer progresses through
it's "Beautiful Thing" business model. After all, not every CEO has
a Harley to hold hostage!
"This is the VDCT
consulting agreement disclosure that really made me steam."
Why? How much money
did you lose on VDCT stock? I'll bet you weren't angry at all, you
filthy HYPOCRITE SHILL, because you were just dredging for something,
anything, you could spin out in lieu of discussing THAT WHICH SHALL
NOT BE DISCUSSED.
Instead, I'm sure
that when you spied the grist for your little spin-mill, an
evil smirk redolent of The Grinch (before his redemption) stole
its way onto your face.
"I apologize if
that lead me into too much hyperbole..."
Apology accepted,
Captain Needa.
"When I read this,
I thought, Fleet would be crazy to let the West Coast merger go through
if they included these payments to West Coast management. Judge for
yourself."
Except for the
minor detail that they would have been paid off and out of the picture
after the merger. Of course, being paid off would put the kabosh on
the "Beautiful Thing", and Fleet couldn't have that, could they?
Tell us all, you
foetid miasma of obfuscatory pseudo-logic,
what does ANY of this have to do with whether or not Fleet is guilty
of FRAUD, CONSPIRACY, VIOLATION OF THE RICO ACT, ETC.?
Read the suit.
It's a hoot. https://vdct.tripod.com/
