That is a good
point Cowboy. It was afterall Robert DeAngelis that made the extortion
offers. Why stop at asking for Robbies motorcycle? Why not ask for his
Wedding pictures too?
Interesting how
our trying to simply shine a light on Fleet's own confessions as outlined
in the Complaint has brought down all of this bizarre backlash. But
I thought us posting here wasn't doing any good? After all the stock
price continues to clmb. I say good for FBF! The higher the Market Cap
/ the higher the Exposure!
Think of it: No
normal reader/poster or even Long shareholder would go to the trouble
to create suto-duplicate aliases and freak like this on us... I wonder
if this attempt at diluting the truth comes from Fleet Corporate? Nah.

p.s. Did I mention
the link to the Lawsuit recently? http://vdct.tripod.com

Pretty funny post
there, I must admit, Mr. Mivicrap.
The ending was
weak, the entire post factually impaired, but the grandmother and the
psychic bits are inspired.
Retain your sense
of humor. You'll need it.
Meanwhile, please
feel free to stop by at http://vdct.tripod.com
for some more "inspiration"... Mi casa es su casa, er something! Don't
forget to sign the guest book, OK?

Touchy? Moi? Not
at all.
Sounds like you're
a bit irked, though. Ad hominems and all. You E-Fleet-ists didn't have
a problem with playing the "Spin the Straw Man" card, you shouldn't
whine when it gets tossed back in your face.
You left out the
URL: http://vdct.tripod.com
It appears that
having failed to shoo away or dishearten VDCTers, the E-Fleet-ist Spinmeisters
are now attempting to confuse the issue and drown the board in sarcastic
"Straw Man" jabberwocky.
Fine. The E-Fleet-ists
might even think they invented the tactic. Of course, if they find themselves
crossing swords with someone truly facile in this medium, someone who
has been on "boards" from the days of the dial-up BBS and the TRS-80,
before Algore invented the internet, back when Compuserve cost $32 an
hour for 300 baud access... They may find such tactics worse than useless.

Why Oh
Why, AGAIN?
I don't know...
But the posts are gone.
As I said in my post 4114,
Frankly, I'm
getting annoyed. Either Yahoo is randomly dropping posts, their TOS
policy is being applied in a arbitrary manner (and without notice
to the affected users), or perhaps something more underhanded is going
on.
There are more
missing, BTW, as of this moment. Posts 4105, 4106, and 4110, to be specific.
I wasn't able to retrieve them from my cache, so I've made a request
for other board-dwellers to try to recover them (assuming they aren't
spam) and send them to me to be "archived".
