The Mystery Solved...

It appears that Yahoo considers an URL to be de-facto proof that a post is SPAM.

They may go so far as to delete any post that contains a link as an automated response to a complaint, without human intervention. Understandable, considering the volume of posts that Yahoo hosts and how common genuine SPAM is on their boards.

Fleet partisans continue to take advantage of Yahoo's policy to get posts critical of Fleet removed... VDCTers would be well advised to post links to this site (or any others!) in separate, easy to replicate postings to avoid having their "babies" thrown out with the dishwater.
